It all started with a trip to meet Gary “The Snail”. I promise.

A quick once over and a cup of tea later, we shook hands, and Gary The Snail said a teary goodbye to the little truck. A long year of tinkering, trying, failing, too many trips to Screwfix to mention and some more failing ensued, until finally the Little Red Fire Truck was born.

With the wood oven now roaring, we are proud to serve you our two current rotating menus. First up is our Neapolitan-style pizza and second is our Lahmacun inspired Turkish flatbreads. We appreciate good quality ingredients, and for us that means keeping things as local and organic as possible, working with suppliers such as Gothelney Farm for our flour, the seasons veg from Hugo at Tutty More Market Garden, and cured meats from Cobble Lane Cured to name just a few.
